Acceptable Use Policy

Nearform is a creative platform. To keep it safe for everyone, these rules describe content and behaviour that are not allowed.

1. Absolute prohibitions

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any form.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including "deepfake" nudity of real people.
  • Content that identifies real private individuals and targets them for harassment.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism or self-harm.

2. Rights of others

Only upload photos of yourself, of people who have given you clear consent, or of subjects (like pets) you have the right to depict. Do not upload copyrighted images owned by others.

3. Impersonation and deception

You may not generate content designed to impersonate a real, identifiable person to defraud, defame or mislead. Political disinformation, fake statements attributed to real people and forged official documents are prohibited.

4. Security and abuse

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, evade rate limits, scrape at scale, upload malware, or interfere with other users. Do not attempt to bypass the moderation systems.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend generations, cancel orders or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations may be reported to competent authorities.
