• Account details you provide: name, email address and password (hashed).
• Photos you upload to generate AI collections and the resulting generated images.
• Order and credit balance information linked to your account.
• Basic device data (browser, language, IP address) needed to operate the service.

We use your data to authenticate you, process credit purchases, generate the AI images you request, deliver them back to you and communicate essential account, order and support messages. We never sell your data.

Photos you upload are processed only to produce your requested collection. Source photos are automatically deleted from our processing environment within 24 hours of the last generation in your order. Your generated images remain available in your dashboard until you delete them or your account.

We process personal data to perform the contract you enter with us (delivering the service you paid for), to meet legal obligations (accounting, tax, fraud prevention) and based on our legitimate interest to keep the platform secure and improve it.

We share limited data with vetted subprocessors that host our infrastructure, process payments, send transactional email and run generation. Every subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded source photos are removed within 24 hours after your order completes. You may request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or through the app before they take effect.
