Terms of Service

Nearform lets you generate curated AI image collections from photos you upload. You need an active account and a sufficient credit balance to generate images.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

One credit costs €0.10. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable except as required by law or by our Refund Policy, and are consumed each time a generation is executed. The minimum purchase is 50 credits.

Prices in other currencies (USD, GBP, PLN) are converted from EUR using the current market exchange rate at checkout.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service. You confirm you have all rights and consents needed to upload the depicted individuals.

Subject to full payment, you receive a personal and commercial licence to the images generated for you. You may not resell the underlying AI models, prompts or system.

You may not use the service in ways that violate law, infringe rights, target minors inappropriately, generate CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud material, malware, hateful content or content designed to deceive or impersonate real people. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create legal, safety or security risks.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generation results will match specific expectations. Generated images may contain artifacts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Unless otherwise required, these terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect after notice to you. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
